Oh wow, what a week . I am hard at work . To mantain myself and keep myself clear and still give others compassion . I am doing pretty well .
... Last time I was in Philidelphia for the summer I started doing breathwork. It was really to keep myself alive. My nerves were dying. I could no longer feel my toes. I became aware of my breath 24/7 because it was my means to survive. I discovered that when you are aware of every breath your mind gets stronger. When you are aware of your breath you are aware of the rest of your body all of the time. If you are aware of both the mind and body than they can more easily communicate what they need to eachother.
Specifically, I would find DMT breathing videos that are suppose to release more DMT into your brain. I don't know how accurate that even is but the breathing techniques shown definitely made my lungs stronger for a time.. until chain smoking got me from the stress of the rest of the year.
Now that I'm back and smoking alot less and have time and space like never before I went back to it. I created an enviroment with a projector and LED lights and walls full of decoration that make me comfortable and put on this video
DMT Breathing 23 rounds. With "fire breathing and alkaline breathing" that once practicing these made me more skilled in holding my breath at a still state for an extended period. I do reach this state which is tranquil and completely aware of my breath and body. My thoughts turn into tingly vibrations. I can train to push myself past discomfort to make myself stronger, but I can't force it or I will panic.
I am also studying what it means to live up on the mountains. Anprim indivualism is a good start, but we must evolve from that. What do we take from anarchoprimitivist indivualism?
A commune develops a strange hierachy based on who brings in resources. There is no leader but still, a cult develops
Voting becomes debate, consensus falls to pieces. We must all have the same goals and care for eachother.
It is a lovely world to exist in. I feel blessed that this all exists at all.
It is crazy to me how many worlds exist inside this one. There is so much to explore.
We are safest in packs, but also a danger to our selves if we abuse eachother.
We come together, we must, to make this world of ours a better place. We learn medicine, we learn survival. We learn how to share and we learn how to defend.
We take these skills out of our falling civilization and root these skills into our souls.
